KAMPONG THOM PROVINCE
Kampong Thom is Cambodia’s second largest province. At the geographical heart of the country, it is home to some of Cambodia’s most splendid cultural and natural heritage. Halfway between Phnom Penh and Siem Reap, Kampong Thom town is situated on the banks of the Saen River. It is easy to reach from either direction and is an inviting starting to explore some the country’s most alluring tourism highlights.
THE CAPITAL OF CAMBODIA

A mixture of Asian exotica,  the famous Cambodian hospitality awaits the visitors to the capital of the Kingdom of Cambodia. Situated at the confluence of three great rivers the ‘four arms' of the Mekong, Tonle Sap and Bassac forming the "four arms" right in front of the Royal Palace Phnom Penh is the commercial, political and cultural hubs of the Kingdom and is home to over one million of the country's estimated 11.4 million people. It is also the gateway to an exotic land….the world heritage site, the largest religious complex in the world, the temples of Angkor in the west, the beaches of the southern coast and the ethnic minorities of the northeastern provinces.

SIEM REAP INFORMATION

The majority of visitors arrive by air from Phnom Penh and Bangkok, though there are also flights from several other major cities in Southeast Asia. Visas are available on arrival at the Siem Reap and the Phnom Penh airport and all overland border crossings except Laos. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation has also launched e-Visa, which enables you to apply for a Cambodia tourist visa online. From Phnom Penh, Sihanouk Ville or Battambang, there are also buses and taxis. Some visitors are making their way to Siem Reap overland from Thailand via the Aranyaprathet / Poipet border crossing.

RIVER SIDE
The city offers several cultural and historical attractions including the Royal Palace, Silver Pagoda and the National Museum. There are also a wide variety of services including five star hotels and budget guest houses, fine international dining, sidewalk noodle shops, neighborhood pubs international discos and more.
SIHANOUK VILLE
Located on the coast of Cambodia, about halfway between Thailand and Vietnam, on the Bay of Thailand.  A spread out tourist town for both foreigners and local people from all over the country.  Three sides of the town are bordered by tropical beaches and islands.  Filled with empty beaches, crowded beaches, seafood, restaurants, bars,  Buddhist Temples, casinos, hotels, and more beaches.  At several hundred places, English is spoken; and many French speakers are here as well.  About 20 other languages are spoken at certain guesthouses and restaurants.

Private motorbike owners will also offer foreign tourists rides as a way of making a bit of extra foreign currency even if a trip is usually no more than US$1 or more depend on the distances.
